Howto fix KDE 4.5.4 on Kubuntu Maverick

If you have installed KDE 4.5.4 on Kubuntu Maverick via PPA then you are not able to launch a KDE-session with or without KDM. This will fix the problem:

apt-get install plasma-desktop
